　　Labcorp are currently recruiting for a Technical Trainer at our site in Harrogate. The main purpose of this role is to support the ongoing training of staff involved with live animal work. Working as part of a team, the technical trainer will develop training material, provide direct training and assess competence across Animal House Operations.

　　Duties will include, but are not limited to:

　　Providing classroom, group and on-the-job training

　　Identifying training needs and producing training materialto support the training of staff in routine procedures

　　Monitoring the completion of training records

　　Supporting Apprentices across Animal House Operations

　　The ideal candidate will have:

　　Home Office personal licence holder

　　Demonstrable practical and technical skills in an animal house environment

　　Experience in a similar role is beneficial, however this is not mandatory.

　　The ability to work well as part of a team as well as autonomously

　　Excellent communication and organisation skills
