In this role,you\'ll advise customers on how to use their Uline products properly andefficiently and make repairs to returned items. Better together! Thisposition is on-site, and we are looking for people who share ourpassion. Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. PositionResponsibilities Repair products returned by customers includingstrapping tools, strapping machines, pneumatic staplers and more. Adviseour customers over phone and email, offering support and solutions toprevent unnecessary product returns. Coordinate parts and estimates forrepairs. Provide input and recommendations to the Marketing team forcurrent and future products. Act as an internal repairs resource toother Uline departments. Minimum Requirements High school diploma orequivalent. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Prior electrical andmechanical experience a plus. 2+ years of customer support experience aplus.
