　　We are looking for a skilledTechnical Sales Managerto join our IFF sales organization in Germany, a candidate who has proven skills with Cultures & Dairy Enzymes in the dairy / cheese industry. This position offers an exciting role with a lot of potential in a dynamic and strong industry. The aim is to grow our food ingredients business at targeted dairy customers in Germany and potentially surrounding countries, primarily within the cheese industry. You will be reporting to the Regional Sales & Industry Leader EMEA for Cultures & Dairy Enzymes. You will be supported by the Cultures and Dairy Enzymes business group which includes Communications, Marketing, Product Management, Applications, R&D, Operations and Finance to achieve our common goals. Location: Germany / Niebüll or home based

　　Your Key Responsibilities:

　　• Being First Choice - cultivate and develop relationships with targeted existing and potential dairy customers to promote IFF as the preferred supplier

　　• Offer technical and commercial solutions to customer driven projects

　　• Identify and evaluate new market trends/opportunities and develop these opportunities in new business to grow the company’s market share within the dairy industry - manage these opportunities within our SalesForce.Com system

　　• Support IFF’s strategy for growth linked to primarily dairy cultures and enzymes

　　• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts, monitor and adapt sales activities that these objectives are met in accordance with IFF’s category strategy

　　• Actively promote the company profile at conferences, tradeshows and industry seminars

　　• Keep and establish contact to internal departments like Application and Product Management on relevant projects, pricing, market developments etc.

　　Your Key Requirements

　　• You are a professional with a dairy technology background having a solid practical understanding of fresh fermented milk product and/or cheese technology

　　• Specific experience or competences within dairy cultures and enzymes will be considered a strong advantage

　　• You like to work independently, being self-motivated but also understand how to function in a larger organization and the importance of reaching common business goals – a high degree of team spirit is a prerequisite

　　• You prove project management skills where full ownership of driving new business opportunities is demonstrated by coordinating all team members to achieve business objectives

　　• You are customer centric and open-minded

　　• You are fluent in German and min. intermediate in English language and have a driving license category B
