Technical Account Manager/Field Sales Representative
Must Have's:
Degree or Equivalent in Electronic Engineering.Electronic technology knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills - Internal / External, verbal, and written EnglishStrategic Selling approach and business acumenUnderstand business challenges and how to position technology/services to solve them.Present Technical & Commercial presentation to customersProactive, open minded, flexible, energetic, and continuous learnerProgram Management - Operate in a matrix environment and using all available resources.
Preferred:
Semiconductor / Pemco knowledgePrevious experience in electronics R&D

Component / Services and recurring revenue sales (RGP &GM%)Demand Creation Pipeline #/Value and Conversion RateArrow Share of Wallet / Solution CoverageFull customer ownership: Develop and execute customer technology & commercial strategy and plans based on
greatest opportunities for growth, through fact-based analysis and in-depth customer knowledgeTo maintain a strategic and field facing focus on the customers to drive engagement and concrete opportunities.Develop customer relationships at all levels, understand engineering careabouts, build customer technical profiles
including hierarchy, strategy, products & end-marketsPosition key technologies at the customer, using a challenger mindset.Project identification at earliest stage of design cycle, understand what challenge is being solved.Co-ordinate Arrow Engineering teams and supplier resource to maximise product offering across all technologies & suppliers.Program manage customer engagement throughout the lifecycleCommunicate customer/project information to ISR, Customer Operations, Marketing, Engineering & Project ManagementPro-actively develop and manage demand creation pipeline, maintain Project Tracking databaseWork closely with ISR throughout Project lifecycle to drive Pipeline conversion to billings.Exceed demand creation, sales and profit objectives.
