　　Your future role.

　　You define the Technical Regulation and Standardization (TR&S) strategy for Innomotics, lead TR&S strategic projects and implement appropriate programs together with other responsibles in order to ensure, that the TR&S principles and policies are implemented.

　　You advise our CEO and other business responsibles of Innomotics on TR&S topics.

　　You will initiate the identification of TR&S risks and opportunities, communicate this to the relevant experts and responsibles in the Divisions, Functions and Regions of Innomotics and drive or follow-up on according projects.

　　You represent Innomotics in National and International Standardization and Regulation Bodies or Working Groups as contributing specialist, play an active role there and drive its work accordingly.

　　You analyze and implement concepts, methods, tools and processes in relation to selected TR&S topics and advise responsibles in Innomotics accordingly such organizations.

　　Your profile.

　　You have completed your technical studies plus further qualifications such as PhD or MBA.

　　You have long-term professional experience in the field of drive technology, standardization or development / engineering.

　　Professional management experience is part of your profile.

　　You have a good technical expertise in electrical drive technology products and systems - motors and inverters

　　One of your strengths is the ability to think strategically.

　　You have very good negotiation and communication skills, being business fluent in German and English.

　　The willingness for business travel rounds your profile.
