Position Overview
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking anorganized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve asFederal Financial Participation Compliance Supervisor. Underadministrative direction, this position will manage, direct, andadminister the operations of the Departments Federal FinancialParticipation (FFP) Compliance Unit. The position will review,interpret, and implement statewide policies and procedures and direct,coordinate, and provide oversight to subordinate staff engaged inmonthly compliance analysis of performance and outcomes of Title IV-E,Title IV-B, Emergency Assistance, and Medicaid Programs. The positionwill also monitor random child welfare reviews to ensure adherence topolicies and procedures. Job Responsibilities
1. Serves as Federal Financial Participation Compliance Supervisor -Manages, directs, and administers the operations of the DepartmentsFederal Financial Participation (FFP) Compliance Unit
2. Serves as full line supervisor
3. Manages and monitors the monthly quality assurance review of casesdetermined to be eligible and claimable for Title IV-E by theEligibility Determination Unit
4. Coordinates and conducts a variety of special projects
5. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonablywithin the scope of the duties enumerated above.
