One of the largest tech companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring numerous Technical Recruiters to sit out of the Bellevue, WA office.

About the role:

100% onsite in Bellevue, WA

9 month+ contract with potential for extension/conversion

$38/hr

Requires US Citizenship or Green Card Holder status.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Recruiter I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. You will also perform exit interviews and process changes to employee status. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area. You will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform your job functions and work under immediate supervision.

Responsibilities

Recruit and interview potential employees.

Check references and make job offers.

Conduct orientation for new hires.

Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes.

Follow pre-established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions.

Report to a supervisor or manager.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1-3+ years of technical sourcing experience within niche tech (Hardware, Aerospace, Cleared Tech) or SDE (embedded or fungible)

Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.

Background in large tech companies or aerospace companies.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite at our downtown Bellevue office. You will work with a dedicated team in a professional setting, utilizing modern technologies and equipment. The role requires US Citizenship or Green Card Holder status.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00
