　　We're in search of a Technical Program Manager who possesses a deep understanding of agile methodologies, data-driven decision making, and the power of process automation and improvements. In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated engineering, design and business professionals to design, develop and launch new technology features which grow our creator funnel, feed our content pipeline and reduce process friction/overhead ensuring game creators have the tools they need to thrive in their partnership with Team Xbox. You will frequently interact with teams worldwide as well as senior leadership, so excellent written and verbal communication skills, an ability to learn quickly, and a passion for improving team collaboration and business processes are crucial.

　　Responsibilities

　　Streamline Publishing Experiences: Collaborate with external game creators and the internal teams that represent them to understand their needs and challenges when collaborating with Xbox. Partner with product leaders across Microsoft’s digital store ecosystems to enable game creators to own their destiny with simple self-service flows that enable complex business scenarios.

　　Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with internal and external development partners, including engineers, designers, account managers, operations teams and external studios. Manage relationships and ensure the clear and seamless execution of projects.

　　Execution Excellence : Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring milestones are met, risks are identified and mitigated, and deliverables are of the highest quality. Continuously monitor and improve processes to optimize project outcomes.

　　Inclusive Leadership : Foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that values the contributions of all team members. Promote an atmosphere where different perspectives are respected and considered in decision-making.

　　Executive Communication : Demonstrate excellent executive communication skills that accurately tell your team’s product story. This includes the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior leadership and stakeholders to gain buy in and support. This also includes providing regular updates on project status, KPIs, challenges, and escalations.

　　Industry Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of the games industry and the long-term evolution of the game creator experience. Use this knowledge to inform product strategy and decision-making.

　　Qualifications

　　REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentOR equivalent experience.

　　1+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.

　　4+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

　　Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics tools, and the ability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies.

　　Outstanding communication and cross-group collaboration skills are expected.

　　Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
