　　About the Job

　　We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Arch PMO team based in San Jose. Partnering with TikTok / Value Chain leadership, PMO team shares the responsibility of TikTok delivery, enabling TikTok portfolio/program/project delivery to be more predictable, measurable, and optimizable.

　　PMOs act as the PM/RD bridge when needed, and drive tech projects from ideation to launch, and integrate into the overall TT product system. The objective is to foster more reliable delivery.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Lead project management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch, scrum delivery, resource planning, and create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently for the Multimedia Arch team.

　　- Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline project management methodologies, and drive standardization across projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

　　- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and internal partners to ensure clear communication, alignment, and support for the project objectives.

　　- Communicate project and scrum status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership. Ensure project and related delivery documents are complete, accurate, and available for review by all parts of the organization.

　　- Monitor the efficiency of product and tech team delivery with key metrics and provide deep insights regarding delivery efficiency, along with practical suggestions to enhance it.

　　- Maintain the team's focus on strategy and goal-oriented results when tackling complex problems.

　　Qualifications

　　- Bachelor degree or above

　　- Extensive direct project management or related work experience;

　　- Excellent organizational and time management skills; impeccable attention to detail;

　　- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;

　　- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones;

　　- Experience in project management on VoD and live streaming working areas.

　　- Experience across many countries is a plus.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　- Experience in software engineering on VoD and live streaming, including software solution high-level design, development, and integration.

　　- Experience in stability, engineering quality/efficiency, user experience optimization, and architecture evaluation projects.

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128160 - $231120 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
