TITLE: Technical Program ManagerLOCATION: Maryland Heights, MO
JOB SUMMARY: Lead a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) train consisting of multiple dedicated and contributing teams. Direct, manage, plan, and administer end-to-end delivery of various technology projects for IT. Organize and facilitate SAFe ceremonies and Agile and Scrum meetings. Plan projects, validate scope, estimate, track, and ensure implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets and time deadlines. Manage IT program and projects in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Oversee the application of projects by application teams. Lead Governance and Strategic initiative discussion with stakeholders. Establish project management processes and methodologies to assure that assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and comply with high quality standards and leadership expectations. Proactively manage issues, risks, programs, level metrics, and resolution of operational issues. Report status of initiatives, present achievements, project roadmaps, and process updates to executives and stakeholders. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned programs, projects, as well as gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. Coordinate, facilitate and attend 2-day PI (Program Increment) Planning sessions quarterly at company locations in St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO and Stamford, CT.
*The management component of this position is limited to leading on projects and does not entail people management.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field; 5 years of experience managing multi-team cross organizational IT projects, including facilitating level processes and execution, driving continuous development, risk management, and escalating impediments; and 2 years of experience utilizing Agile methodology and processes to manage IT projects. Hybrid remote and office arrangement is available. Mandatory national travel required quarterly to attend 2-day Program Increment Planning sessions at company locations in St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO and Stamford, CT.
