[Charter Communications, Inc. in Maryland Heights, MO seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) train consisting of multiple dedicated and contributing teams. Direct, manage, plan, and administer end-to-end delivery of various technology projects for IT. Organize and facilitate SAFe ceremonies and Agile and Scrum meetings. Plan projects, validate scope, estimate, track, and ensure implementation of project plans within pre-set budgets and time deadlines. Manage IT program and projects in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Oversee the application of projects by application teams. Lead Governance and Strategic initiative discussion with stakeholders. Establish project management processes and methodologies to assure that assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and comply with high quality standards and leadership expectations. Proactively manage issues, risks, programs, level metrics, and resolution of operational issues. Report status of initiatives, present achievements, project roadmaps, and process updates to executives and stakeholders. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned programs, projects, as well as gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
