Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join the Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Technical Product Management group to help shape long-term strategy for 3D-CAD and surface preparation tool for the Fluids and Thermal group. The team is responsible for managing and communicating customer and market requirements, helping shape product direction, and promoting and educating the field on the latest product features and enhancements.

Our Product Managers are passionate about creating best-in-class solutions, able to facilitate collaboration across a wide range of organizational departments, understand and communicate market problems, and define product direction. You'll champion the product to both internal and external stakeholders and enjoy communicating the benefits of Simcenter STAR-CCM+ in a range of different settings. You'll make a difference by:

Building strategy and roadmaps for our 3D-CAD and surface preparation tools.

Partnering with customers, business development teams, and customer support to identify, understand, and elaborate market problems, requirements, and use cases.

Understanding how 3D-CAD can be effectively used to prepare geometry for CAE simulation.

Collaborate with various stakeholders in different departments and across hierarchies to achieve organizational goals.

Collaborate with development teams to prioritize, plan, and implement our strategy and roadmap based on identified market problems and requirements, maximizing the impact and value of future production releases.

Report, champion, and present the progress of Simcenter STAR-CCM+ upcoming releases to internal partners and customers, in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.

Build go-to-market materials to promote Simcenter STAR-CCM+ internally and externally.

Global role requiring 15% international travel partnering with culturally diverse and geographically distributed teams.

Your defining qualities:

MS or PhD or equivalent experience in Engineering (or similar) with demonstrable experience in simulation or a software development environment.

Product Management experience with a consistent record of creating strategy and roadmaps leading to successful product launches.

Superb communications in English with the ability to create and deliver clear, concise presentations to audiences with diverse technical backgrounds.

Strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work on projects with ambiguous and sometimes unclear requirements

Highly motivated and able to show initiative and accountability within a dynamic work environment.

Innovative problem solver who is happy to solve new challenges independently and as part of a team.

Expertise of CAD and geometry preparation for CAE simulation is highly desirable.
