  BAE Systems' Electronic Systems (ES) sector is looking for candidates to join our Operations Summer Internship Program starting in the summer of 2024. We have open intern positions for talented, up and coming Engineering professionals who want to work at a progressive company where Operations Excellence and Project Management is highly valued. Our mission is "We Protect Those Who Protect Us" and "We Innovate for Those Who Move the World", and as a Technical Operations Intern in Electronic Systems, you will develop your skills while helping us protect the brave men and women in our armed forces and other communities. Our products must work the first time, every time, because people's lives depend on it. In Operations, it is our responsibility to make sure that whatever we build leaves with Zero Defects.

  Roles and Responsibilities may include:Project Management3D Design and PrintingReducing process cycle times, touch times, and bottlenecksMaking process improvements and helping implement 6SAssist with program monthly affordability efforts

  BAE Systems' Intern Program offers professional development classes, mentorship, and opportunities to participate in collaborative group projects that are presented to executive leadership. Through these facets of the internship program, our interns complete the program better prepared to enter the work force as a full time employee. This internship will be located at BAE Systems in Nashua, NH, and offers a plethora of networking opportunities that connect our young professionals to senior leadership. This is a paid internship and has a flexible work schedule that includes every other Friday off. Housing is not included with the program. We are looking for hardworking, self-starters who have a willingness to learn and make positive change.

  Due to the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

  Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  Preferred Majors include Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and other related fields. All candidates must be enrolled in an accredited program.

  Pay Information

  Full-Time Salary Range: $43326 - $58490

  Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
