SMX is seeking a driven and talented Data Analyst to join our thriving Cloud Services business unit. This person will support the State Department and the Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy epidemic identification, treatment response, program evaluation, and response. Additionally, they will serve as a liaison for multiple country portfolios (estimated to be 3 to 5 countries). Will provide data analytics and dashboard support to respective S Headquarters and Country Chair, including interpretation of results and recommendations on implementing program changes to improve performance. International travel required and estimated to be four times per year for 2-weeks’ in duration per trip. This is a hybrid role supporting a Washington DC based customer going onsite as needed for meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Public Health or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in supporting public health clients, preferably international public health
2+ years’ experience analyzing public health data, preferably data related to international public health, including interpretation of results in order to make recommendations for program improvements
1+ years’ experience in working with Data Analysis tools (MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc.)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
A valid passport
Preferred skills and qualifications
1+ years’ experience interfacing with PEPFAR implementing agencies and/or implementing partners through field research to understand end-user needs.
1+ years’ experience in developing analytic dashboards with analytic technology; MicroStrategy is a plus.
