　　Position Description

　　This position focuses on the software design, development and to lead distributed feature teams.

　　Essential Functions:

　　Requirement analysis, design, development and testing of the web applications.

　　Strong expertise in design patterns: structural and behavioral patterns

　　Establish and improve software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software.

　　Provide technical leadership and execute software development projects from beginning to finish. Includes artifacts reviews, adhering to coding standards and ensuring appropriate stakeholder communication

　　Basic project management techniques and experience in risk analysis and planning

　　Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular technical team meetings.

　　Minimize code complexity and leverage code reuse appropriately.

　　Good at decision making, problem solving, and gaining commitment.

　　Develop and lead distributed feature teams.

　　Guide, coach, and mentor software engineers.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.Technical Skills:

　　8+ years of software development experience in web technologies

　　Web development experience using ReactJS, WebAPI using iterative new product development in agile methodology

　　Experience in designing, scalable cloud applications using AWS services

　　Proficient in ReactJS, Javascript, jQuery, HTML 5 and CSS

　　Good working experience in design and develop secured Rest APIs

　　Working experience in SQL Server with knowledge in performance tuning
