　　Job Description

　　We are currently seeking a full-time maintenance technical lead for our manufacturing/bottling facility in Stanwood, Michigan. Maintenance technical leads support the production team to achieve plan by continuously improving on process efficiency and line performance. They support the factory processes and work as a team member.

　　Shift: Night shift, 12 hours, rotating 2/2/3

　　Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

　　Pay: $36.31 / hour

　　Shift differential: $1.00 / hour for applicable hours worked

　　Responsibilities:

　　Complete repairs to equipment as necessary

　　Communicate with production lines about machine down time and identified issues

　　Assist with break coverage and machine operation as needed or as assigned by shift resource; this will be a member of the operations group and as such the expectation is that this role needs to be able to support all machine centers as needed

　　Operate a forklift as needed to complete duties

　　Good Communication skills to maintain a winning attitude with all team members

　　Enters quote, SAP and required data in the work order system

　　Reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from component failure

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills and Experience:

　　High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

　　Demonstrate safe work habits

　　Solid background in all aspects of mechanical maintenance

　　Reading and use of blueprints and technical manuals

　　Preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repair, troubleshooting using a data driven systematic approach, rebuilding equipment, lifting, rigging, lubrication.

　　Using hand and specialty tools

　　Understanding and use of precision measurement

　　Candidates must be flexible to support business needs, able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime; and to be able to work (On Call) in emergency situations

　　Demonstrated track record of responsibility, maturity, sound judgment, and reliable attendance

　　Demonstrated team work

　　Motivated self -starter, self -learner with the ability to work in a team and/or independent environment.

　　Able to work unsupervised

　　Computer skills and ability to utilize SAP work order system. Ordering parts and supplies
