Description

　　Robert Half is currently working with a client that is seeking a Technical Lead (Software Development/Data focused) to provide deep expertise in a subject area and work within an engagement team to identify the organization’s needs, define the business or technology architecture, plan how large projects will be delivered, oversee the solution design and implementation, manage the progress of the team and activities, and confirm work products meet their client’s quality standards.

　　The company is 100% remote, but this person will need to be local to the Seattle area as they will need to be on-site at the company's client location 2-3 days a week.

　　Day to day: This person will be working on a product they have created for the company's client. It is an internal business tool that handles large amounts of complex data. A large focus will be on the front-end so that it is customizable for their clients needs.

　　Requirements

　　Must haves:

　　10+ years of experience

　　Bachelor's Degree

　　Experience in a similar role

　　Main tech priorities: Angular front end, Visual Studio 2022, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, Azure Service Bus Explorer, SSMS, Visual Studio 2019 with SQL Server Data Tools, Kubernetes CLI and Git CLI

　　Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills

　　Application/integration architecture, solution design, implementation practices

　　Strong leadership and organizational abilities

　　Will be very client facing and building professional relationships

　　Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
