　　What you’ll do:

　　As a Technical Documentation Developer , you will be responsible for the coordination between engineering, product management teams and our publishing teams in Shared Services to develop and maintain all required technical documentation to support the on-time launch of offers and their life cycle.

　　Additionally, your responsibilities will include:

　　Day-to-day coordination between engineering and product management teams to orchestrate development of level 0 (mandatory) technical documentation per Eaton LaunchBox requirements (User Manuals, Instruction Leaflets, Safety Guidelines).

　　Collaborate with technical copywriter(s) to develop technical content such as White Papers, Application Notes or Technical Notes.

　　Use one-piece-flow principle from ideation through to development of all tech documentation to achieve lean a workflow.

　　Monitor and facilitate the localization process with the country marketing teams including translation and population/updating of glossary to ensure downstream translation accuracy of technical documentation.

　　Work closely with technical copywriters to ensure accuracy of content.

　　Brief and manage development of assets in close cooperation with Shared Services designer + Creative teams.

　　Qualifications:

　　University degree, ideally in a technical discipline

　　Experience in developing technical documentations

　　Skills:

　　Fluency in English

　　CI and Scrum, working knowledge of LEAN is an advantage

　　Familiar with technical documentation tools (e.g. Adobe FrameMaker, InDesign, …)

　　CI mindset, attention to detail, work-rate, work in remote teams and in multi-culture matrix type organization
