As a technical baseline manager on our team, you'll work with Booz Allencolleagues and DoD clients to analyze, architect, engineer, integrate,test, and deploy the next generation of resilient Environmental Monitoring(EM) and Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance(TISR) systems. You'll develop, integrate, and manage TechnicalRequirements Documents (TRDs), Interface Control Documents (ICDs),and Models-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) products.You'll providetechnical advice to senior program managers and executives on space system andsegment design and test issues to inform major program decisions. You'llperform systems engineering and program management functions in support ofdesign reviews, technical evaluations, and requirements verification.You'll analyze problems, develop technical reports, makerecommendations, and work with government and corporate stakeholders toimpleme

You Have:8+ years of experience working on large-scale space systems engineering,integration, and development programs4+ years of experience performing and leading a team in the development andmanagement of technical specifications, ICDs, concepts of operations(CONOPS), architectural designs, and integration and test plansExperience leading requirements and interface management efforts for a majorprogramExperience coordinating and presenting technical changes across largestakeholder groups through review boards, including configuration control,or engineering reviewExperience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordKnowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE15288.2Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
Nice If You Have:Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing onspace-based remote sensing systems, including SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR,FORGE, WSF-M, or EWSExperience using MBSE approaches to manage system definitions and technicalbaselinesExperience with SysML, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, or DOORS NextGenKnowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02Knowledge of Agile MethodologiesMaster's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CSINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification, including ASEP,CSEP, or ESEP Certification
