　　*We're hiring for: *In the pursuit of our mission, we are hiring a Specialized Assistant for students with an Mild Cognitive Impairment (MiCI) designation. This position provides essential support to Special Education teachers at Dwight Rich School of the Arts, focused on providing services to much deserving individual students.

　　An Associate's degreeProof of passing the WorkKeys Assessment in reading, writing, and math Proof of passing the ETS Parapro AssessmentProof of completion of 60 credit hoursThe ability to lift 60 pounds

　　A track record of success working with students with special education needs (especially MiCI students)A track record of perfect attendance and punctualityPrevious training in CPI, blood borne diseases, Epi-pen and DiastatPrevious experience working with students from diverse backgrounds that are different from your ownComfortability in water-based activities

　　**You will:**Assist MiCI designated students with daily tasks, ensuring a safe and enjoyable school day

　　Actively assist teachers in Dwight Rich with facilitating and maintaining a safe and productive classroom environment

　　To maintain a safe enviorment staff members must be alert at all timesLog updates in the student data system

　　Other tasks as needed to ensure the safety of students at Dwight Rich
