What You’ll Bring
B.A/B.Sc in Computer Science/Industrial engineering, or equivalent
10 years of experience as one of the bellow:
· technical engineer
· software engineer
· infrastructure engineer
· IT project management
· implementation management
Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills
Negotiation skills with high level partners
Ability to work as an individual contributor in a self-motivated fashion.
Proven ability to deal regularly with senior customer management.
Strong multi-tasking skills, effective time-management and administration skills.
Fluent English and Hebrew
Experience and knowledge with Oracle products and technologies - Advantage
Valid Security Clearance- Advantage
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
· Act as focal point for Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS - ex-ACS)
· Prepare and manage a CSS delivery plan, monitor progress and provide delivery reviews.
· Manage contract progress: forecast, delivery milestones, financials, update internal systems.
· Map and maintain close contact with all of the customers' stakeholders involved in delivering the CSS contract (CIO, Project leaders, technical experts).
· Explore technical specifications related to Oracle products within the customer's environments.
· Prepare and provide quarterly service delivery plan reports.
· Manage support escalations with CSS customers
