　　As the Tech Program Intern III (Project Management-Security Training & Awareness), you will help implement information security processes to protect the company against the breach of protected information and unauthorized intrusion into our network and systems. The Tech Program Intern III will collaborate with the Information Security teams and other XPO teams to create awareness, user engagement and information security plans, implement solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of the systems that keep XPO running smoothly. 　　What you’ll do on a typical day:

　　Under direction, manage all aspects of the project lifecycle using hybrid Agile methodologies and practices.

　　Collaborate with the team to initiate, plan and deliver Information Security projects.

　　Enjoy working with diverse personalities and leadership styles.

　　Develop and maintain standard project management deliverables such as project charter, RAID log, project status, deployment plan. Own and drive Risk and Issues management processes.

　　Report project status to Information Security leadership team.

　　Collaborate and coordinate geographically dispersed project teams and business stakeholders to deliver security projects

　　Lead Security Awareness projects and/or Information Security implementation initiatives.

　　Participate in designing and conducting information security training, and raising awareness of programs; conduct team activities following established department guidelines and standard tools such as Cofense, work and project management (PMI, Agile), information security, etc.

　　Identify opportunities and best practices for continual process improvements for Information security initiatives

　　What you need to succeed at XPO:

　　At a minimum, you’ll need:

　　Recent college graduate or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university or college

　　2 or more years of relevant coursework

　　It’d be great if you also have:

　　Background or education in related field (Cyber Security, IT, Project Management)

　　Class status as a junior (3rd year) or greater

　　2 years of relevant coursework

　　Strong computer skills and familiarity with administrative processes

　　Competent with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

　　Understanding of information security, IT systems and networking concepts

　　Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment; consult with team members and management as needed

　　Ability to be open-minded and receptive to feedback in an intellectually rigorous environment

　　Good organizational skills and ability to multitask

　　Great verbal and written communication skills
