Tech Modification Specialist \$21.12/hour (+ Pay forexperience) SCHEDULE: 7:00am -4:00pm Monday - Friday Milwaukee, WIPosition Objective: Build and assemble projects based on customerspecifications utilizing wiring diagrams, schematics, work orders andpictures provided. Provide quality products as well as meet theproduction schedule for all projects. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assemble projects to the customer\'s specifications. Assist inproduction of various phases of assemblies, but also be able to producea turnkey project from start to finish with direction provided bymanager. Perform light manufacturing of multiple product categories in afast-paced build shop, following defined processes for manufacturingaccuracy. Effectively respond to and interact with all levels of Vikingteam members and other departments, and with vendors. JOB REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Minimum twoyears electrical and/or mechanical background, including warehousing andassembly. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Strong mechanical andanalytical aptitude, along with understanding and basic knowledge ofwiring diagrams and electrical schematics Ability to define problems,collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Good manualdexterity and experience with power and hand tools, and engravingequipment Strong organizational skills. Able to manage time effectivelyAbility to adapt quickly to changes and handle pressure * Strongwritten and oral communication skills Ability to work well independentlyand as a team member; and collaboratively across departments ProficientPC skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word,Outlook); internet navigation and other PC skills GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift 75 lbs.
