　　Meet your team: Process Intelligence

　　This role is situated in our Brno PI office which was recently created to support the growth of SAP Signavio in the region. This tech leadership role is designed to strengthen our Process Actions & Analysis (PAA) domain.

　　Position overview

　　As a Tech Lead, you will be a strategic partner for our Product Leadership Team and individual delivery teams and be the domain expert who guides decision making and strategic thinking. You will be part of the power trio for the team, composed of Product Owner, Designer and Tech Lead, as well as co-lead the team members together with the teams People Lead within our dual leadership model.

　　What youll do

　　Lead the technical software development and strategy for an empowered product team

　　Work with the Head of Process Action & Analysis (PAA), Principal Tech Lead and stakeholders on building product and tech vision

　　Guide the technical progress of the team members as their Functional Lead

　　Develop new components in Java or Kotlin, as well as React

　　Solve data-intense difficult problems

　　Ensure engineering excellence within the team and lead by example

　　Enhance the architecture in a scalable way

　　Adhere to the latest security standards

　　Be the sparring partner for Product Owner, Designer, Agile Coach and People Lead

　　What you bring

　　In-depth knowledge of Java 17 and/or Kotlin

　　Good understanding of FE technologies

　　Experience building secure Cloud enterprise applications

　　Experience with test-driven development

　　In-depth experience with CI/CD pipelines

　　Experience with AWS Infrastructure automation, Kubernetes suite and Terraform.

　　Good understanding of data processing and basic understanding of process mining and/or process analysis

　　The drive to understand the needs of our customers

　　Understanding of agile teams
