POSITION PURPOSE

　　As an Alliance kitchen Team Member, you will thrive in an inspiring atmosphere under a nontraditional concept through your unique work style and abilities. Utilizing brand standards and best operational practices, as a team member you will have a primary focus on speed of service, product quality and order accuracy. You will help execute against Alliance Kitchen’s day-to-day performance goals by actively participating in the production of Buffalo Wild Wings, Arby’s, SONIC, and Jimmy John’s menu items to managing the digital locker system and process.

　　Clean and full uniform while maintaining a neat and professional appearance

　　Follow all Food safety protocols and procedures

　　Attendance and on time arrival for work

　　Polite, courteous, and professional to all employees, managers, and guest

　　At least 16 years of age
