Who we are:
CBRE is a global real estate and property services organization. Our Valuations and Advisory (VAS) team lead the Australian and global markets in providing highly accurate analysis and projections of property values across all sectors. We seek a Valuations Coordinator/Team Administrator to join our Brisbane team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Provide full administrative support for a team of hotel property valuers
Finance support related duties; processing invoices, expenses, and debtor management, assisting with forecast and budget management
Providing management and co-ordination of valuation instructions to support the team to ensure deadlines are met
Marketing, presentation, and event coordination
The successful candidate:
An experienced Administrator (preferably with property experience) with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.
Intermediate to Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. InDesign skills would also be viewed favourably.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.
Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
