Description
We are looking for a results-driven individual with retail and team management experience to drive China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces; meanwhile deliver first-class level of services to customer satisfaction. The team manager will have experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to deliver results. Provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers. Manage relationships with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationships. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, and working with clients to improve performance. In addition, responsible for leading the team to proactively monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation. Must be focused on driving results, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.
Key job responsibilities
1) ++Drive CN2US Top Brands Global Expansion to EU/JP markets. Leading a team of TBP sales consultant, which are expected to drive cross-launch with strategical resource planning and in-depth domestic market understanding.
2) ++Drive Seller business growth and success in multiple marketplaces. TBP team are required to equip with mature knowledge of Amazon post-launch mechanism, as well as deep understanding of Softline industrial features and product insights in targeted marketplaces.
3) ++Generate Seller insights to support products evolution for friction removal or growth driver. Required having solid capability to work cross-functionally to solve seller operation and account frictions with strong ownership and convincing logic thinking.
4) ++Expected to digest fruitful past experience on both cross-launching and GMS driving into established working mechanism which could scale and impact on whole TBP team and seller community.
5) ++ As TBP Team Manager are required to manage the team to improve team efficiency, fully execute team strategies, and deliver results.

Basic Qualifications
• 8+ years’ relevant experience in the retail and / or related industries, with a proven track record of managing relationships and / or projects
• 2+ years’ experience in Leading a team (more than 3 people)
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, oral and written
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with tools (Salesforce, Excel, other internal tools)
• Experienced in using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• BA/BS required
Preferred Qualifications
Oversea experience in studying and living is preferred.
MBA preferred
