　　Job Description

　　Responsible for short-term debt instruments typically with a maturity of less than one year. Products include on-balance sheet bank deposits and liabilities, money market funds, certificates of deposit, commercial paper, and treasury and agency securities. Consults with and presents cash management/investment opportunities to investment professionals at institutional clients (e.g., money managers, hedge funds, etc.). Develops and maintains relationships with clients. Coordinates with other parts of the bank to maximize value for both parties. Demonstrates subject matter expertise regarding fixed income products. Ensures compliance to risk management requirements.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

　　Three to five years of related sales, finance or treasury experience

　　Preferred Skills/Experience

　　Thorough knowledge of current trading environment, client base, market conditions, current product offerings and services

　　Ability to work with clients of all sizes and their senior level executives

　　Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and listen well

　　Strong problem-solving and opportunity identification experience

　　Ability to think strategically and identify business practice improvements

　　Ability to work effectively with both individuals and groups at all levels across the company

　　The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $95,285.00 - $112,100.00 - $123,310.00
