Your duties as the Tax Preparer will include the preparation of straightforward and complex, individual and small business State and Federal tax returns. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Aid clients with incoming calls to direct tax questions and set appointments

　　Manually put together transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

　　Tabulate and invoice for form preparation fees

　　Correspond with clients to gather important information/documents

　　Type appropriate data into Tax software application

　　Conduct other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned Requirements - AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred

　　Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

　　Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　Solid understanding of Tax Preparation

　　Excellent data entry skills
