Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Tax Preparer in the CPA Firm industry, located in Glen Allen, Virginia, United States. The role involves utilizing various accounting software systems to assist with the preparation of individual, business, non-profit, and S-Corp tax returns for high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, CCH ProSystem Fx, and CCH Sales Tax for tax preparation tasks.

• Efficiently handle tax preparation for individual, business, non-profit, and S-Corp returns.

• Assist in processing tax returns for high net worth individuals.

• Maintain an organized record of all tax preparation activities and transactions.

• Provide customer service by resolving customer inquiries related to tax preparation.

• Perform data entry tasks related to tax preparation.

• Work on-site on specified days for effective collaboration and completion of tasks.

• Monitor and update customer accounts as necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with CCH ProSystem Fx

• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax

• Ability to navigate Drake Tax Software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiar with allowances in tax preparation

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Accurate and efficient Data Entry abilities

• Knowledge of tax Deductibles
