　　Typical Day in the LifeA typical day as a Tax Manager/Senior Manager might include the following:Interpreting and reviewing various legal documents in relation to estate andbusiness succession planning.Technical research on estate planning and compliance matters for internalclients.Assisting clients which may have varied levels of estate planning knowledge.Looking at the tax situation of the individual and their estate from variousangles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.Implementing the planning process to create plans based on cash flowprojections, distribution of income, business succession, estatepreservation and estate plan flow.Managing client relationships internally and externally by proactively seekingsolutions that add value to the client experience.Business development and billing responsibility.Assist in preparation of marketing materials and presentation of internal andexternal webinar trainings.Preparing and reviewing gift, estate and fiduciary tax returns.Working with staff to ensure gift, estate and fiduciary tax returns arecompleted correctly by required deadlines and under firm processes.Coaching and mentoring staff.Working with the firm Wealth Transition Services team on various projects.

　　Who You AreYou are an excellent communicator -- your verbal and written communicationskills are outstanding. The Wealth Transition Services Manager will interactwith clients at all levels of the income scale and will speak to groups onwealth transition topics.You have expertise in transfer tax and estate planning.You may have experience with flow-through entities and private foundations.You are a multi-tasking master and there is never a deadline you can't meet.You have experience developing business and networking.In addition to all of this, you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting,an active CPA license, law degree, or Enrolled Agent (EA)Certification and/or equivalent experience working with wealth transitionservices. Must have five or more (5+) years of experience in publicaccounting or related field working with individual clients and corporatetrustMust be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future withoutvisa sponsorship.Benefits and Com ensationOur compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. EideBailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salaryranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such asgeography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.Salary Range: $100,000-$165,000
