Description A well-respected Robert Half client is seeking a Tax Manager to join the company. This Tax Manager will possess expertise in various types of tax returns and financial statements, along with proficiency in Excel and tax software and technology. 　　How you will make an impact

　　Prepare and reviewing complex income tax returns

　　Help with the preparation of quarterly tax projections and communication of required estimated tax payments

　　Inspect and provide oversight for quarterly and annual payroll tax returns

　　Take part in reviewing all financial statements for quality control

　　Provide accounting managers and staff accountants with tax best business practices

　　Aid in the compliance of financial and tax reporting policies and procedures

　　Assist in planning and compliance regarding tax matters, such as waivers and tax returns

　　Produce and review tax correspondence and facilitation and oversight of tax audits

　　Assist in the review of the calculation and distribution of W-2s and 1099s Requirements - 2+ years of supervisory experience

　　Bachelors or masters degree in Accounting or relevant field required

　　5-7 years' experience in tax accounting

　　CPA preferred
