　　The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center team:

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Assist the various RTX Tax Divisions with ongoing compliance, planning and exams related to International, State and Local, or Federal Taxes.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Good interpersonal skills, including ability and desire to communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with others throughout Tax and Finance organization, at RTXHQ and Business Units.

　　Self motivated, able to work independently and under pressure

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into meaningful analysis

　　Desire to learn about diverse aspects of federal, state and international taxation

　　Education:

　　Candidates must be Accounting and/or Finance majors currently in sophomore or junior year. Minimum GPA of 3.2. Please submit a copy of your transcripts with your application.

　　Expectations:

　　The duration of this internship is approximately one-year and the candidate must be able to work up to 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.

　　Location:

　　Assignments are located in Farmington, CT.

　　Work Authorization Required: U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

　　The salary range for this role is 52,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
