Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an entry-level attorney to join the Taxation Practice Group in the Business Law Department focusing primarily on renewable energy tax matters, preferably in our Dallas, Milwaukee, Tampa, or Washington, D.C. office. A qualified candidate must have a strong demonstrated interest in the taxation area. Background in taxation is strongly preferred but not required.We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, team-oriented and highly-motivated entry-level attorney who is willing to support the strategic goals of our Business Law Department and Taxation Practice Group. To be considered, a candidate must have top academics and very strong writing, drafting, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve, and dedication to serving our clients are essential.To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be enrolled in a Tax LL.M. program at an ABA-approved law school. A candidate must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) in which they are admitted to practice.
