　　You have the unique opportunity to join our RSM team in a tax engagementsupport services (TESS) specialist role that will allow you to utilizeyour strong attention to detail, communication, and technical skills. In this position you will develop and apply an in-depthunderstanding of the overall tax return process and technical expertise inorder to execute and maintain standardized tax processing practices within theTESS Center of Excellence (COE), as well as provide tax support invarious area

　　Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

　　Printing and assembling tax returns utilizing firm software tools and RouteSheet instructions in the workflowtooltoensureallrequiredclientdeliverablesareincludedindocumentssavedtodocument management systemandfordeliveryto external clients.New client setup, tax organizers, scanningofclientworkpapers, ifapplicable,taxreturndelivery, workflow reporting and duedatetrackingaswell as for meeting expectations for timeliness, responsiveness,accuracy, and service quality.Preparation of tax client documents such as engagement letters, statementsof work, and other requested deliverables.Using deep understanding of the overall tax return process, takes ownershipof the e-file process including monitoring and releasing external client taxreturns to the taxing authorities, ensuring correct returns are released andall filing deadlines are timely met.Track for acceptance, transmission errors and rejections and resolve asappropriate.Other duties as assigned.
