Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsinand Upper Michigan is looking for a Tax Credit Specialist / PropertyManager to lead our team at the Tree Lane Apartments in Madison! This isa 45 unit Family Building on the West Side of Town. The Tax CreditSpecialist has primary responsibility for leasing, marketing and allrelated property management functions to maintain compliance with theLow Income Housing Tax Credit program regulations at assigned LSS ownedor managed LIHTC projects. This is a highly independent role. Willrequire working in person at the property. is full time and benefiteligible role! Essential Duties and responsibilities: This list ofduties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded toinclude other duties and responsibilities as management may deemnecessary. Assumes primary and direct responsibility for managing tenantand stakeholder issues and concerns related to the property, tenantrelations, marketing, etc. Works independently and with supervisorystaff to address concerns in a consistent and timely manner. Providesenforcement of lease requirements and project rules. Works as acollaborative team member to support the Business Unit. Markets andpromotes the project(s) to ensure occupancy rates that meet or exceedleasing schedule. Leasing schedule will be provided.
