　　Well established CPA Firm with multiple locations is looking for a professional to join their growing tax practice. This is a great opportunity to complete projects with supervision from the Tax Partners, Managers and Seniors. 　　Responsibilities

　　Prepare tax returns, research tax issues and work with firm Partners, Managers, Seniors and clients on tax matters.

　　Prepare C-Corp, Partnership, S-Corp and Individual tax returns.

　　Knowledge of ASC 740, ASC 740-10, and multi-state returns preferred.

　　Bachelors degree in Accounting required, Master's in Tax a plus

　　Skills

　　Partnership Tax (1 year of experience is required)

　　Corporate Tax (1 year of experience is required)

　　Multi-State Tax (1 year of experience is required)

　　Qualifications

　　Years of experience: 2 years
