As a Public Relations Specialist, you will work closely with FactSet's Head of Marketing Content and Communications and Public Relations Manager to help develop FactSet's media relations strategy and execute tactics in support of company and ASV goals. You will closely oversee FactSets external Public Relations agency, including day-to-day operations and project management. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of FactSet's brand, value proposition, and workflow solutions, as well as a passion for storytelling and sharing FactSet's vision for the future. Responsibilities: Partner with Public Relations Manager to oversee external public relations agency, sharing information, managing projects, and providing guidance on pitches, media lists, and all activity. Monitor news cycles and detect areas of trending public interest to identify opportunities that align with the company's mission, audiences, and strategic campaign goals. Work with internal stakeholders to prepare press releases, draft copy, and brief external agencies to craft targeted media pitches in support of product launches and company news. Respond to media inquiries, draft talking points that resonate with the media and showcase FactSet's strengths and key themes, and help prepare FactSet spokespeople for media interviews. Help develop a framework for measuring the ROI of communications activities. Create and maintain FactSet media kit. Required Skills: Bachelors egree in finance, marketing, communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience required.Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of the financial and technology markets.Self-starter and creative thinker who brings innovative ideas/strategies to execute on PR campaigns and wider Marketing functions.Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders/various teams across the business (ELT, IR, Sales, etc.).Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.The budgeted amount range for this position in the State of Connecticut and New York City is $70,000 - $95,000.Whats In It For You:Flexible work accommodations.
