Description

　　One of our clients in the Walnut Creek area is looking for a Tax Accountant for a 5 month contract opportunity.

　　Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

　　Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

　　Provide guidance on tax planning and strategies to minimize liabilities

　　Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary financial information

　　Assist in responding to tax authorities and resolving tax-related issues

　　Keep accurate records and documentation for tax audits

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

　　3+ years of experience in tax accounting (specific years can be mentioned based on your preference)

　　Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations

　　Proficient in tax software and accounting systems

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

　　Strong communication and interpersonal skills
