Aston Carter is partnered with an Accounting firm in Rosemont, IL to hire a Tax Accountant to join their team.

　　Duties:

　　Informing clients or employers on the tax preparation process

　　Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain tax database

　　Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings

　　Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits

　　Collecting relevant financial records, including pay stubs and income statements

　　Inputting data from financial records into tax return software or databases

　　Using applicable federal, state and local tax law to determine deductions and how much each client will pay or earn on the return

　　Completing and filing tax documents with appropriate agencies, IRS, state and local government entities

　　Acting as a representative for clients with applicable agencies as required

　　Building customer relationships to promote and expand the business

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting OR equivalent experience preparing income taxes

　　2+ years of tax preparation experience
