About the RoleIn this role, the ideal candidate is expected to assist with the design and delivery of a broad range of learning solutions for GDLS. This includes assisting the Talent Development Project Lead in partnering with organizational leaders, functional training POC's and HR Business Partners to identify curriculum to develop those skills, and determine the optimal format of training. In this role the individual must also have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders, including functional leaders, HR Business Partners and training program participants.
