ABOUT THE JOBOneStream is looking to add an experienced Talent Development and Engagement Coordinator to our Talent Development (L&D) Team. The Talent Development & Engagement Coordinator, is responsible for the coordination and administration of OneStream's Talent Development & Engagement programs. The role is the first point of contact for inquiries and is responsible for the systems and procedures that support the growth and maintenance of key Talent Development & Engagement activities and projects.RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Responsibilities:Provides systems support for Talent Development & Engagement programs, including OneStream's Learning Management System (LMS), Learning Evaluation System, Employee Recognition Platform, and Employee Experience PlatformServes as liaison with Compliance and IT to ensure adherence with information security and privacy requirementsTakes a hands-on approach to troubleshooting process, functional, and application issues and manage these through to resolutionManages workflow and expectations to ensure timely upload of new content and removal of outdated content within the LMSImplements end user training and documentation, as neededCoordinates key administrative processes for Talent Development & Engagement programs, e.g., learner registrations and completions, course rosters, employee gifting and charitable giving contributionsProduces data analysis reports in support of Talent Development & Engagement measurement processesOrganizes and assists in developing Talent Development & Engagement materials, e.g., videos, learner materials, evaluation surveys, handouts, and learning pathwaysMonitors and maintains Talent Development & Engagement internal websites and/or SharePoint sitesMonitors and manages departmental inboxesDevelops promotional material and communications in conjunction with other colleagues to promote relevant Talent Development & Engagement opportunitiesSupports live sessions, in-person and virtually, including large-scale online events and meetings (via Zoom and/or Teams)Supports mandatory compliance training administration including reporting, monitoring completion, analysis of training events, and troubleshooting issuesAssists in researching and recommending external vendor solutionsKeeps up-to-date with industry trendsSupport the People Operations department in other areas as neededQUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATEFormal Education and CertificationBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.Knowledge and Experience1+ years' experience with HR platforms and systems (e.g., LMS, HRIS systems, LXP, employee recognition platforms, ticketing systems, etc.)Experience hosting online events and meetings using virtual platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and WebExExperience in Office 365 environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook). Advanced proficiency preferred.Experience using digital software to produce media assets, such as video-editing, image curation and manipulation, and digital collateral design and productionExperience and ease with working in a hybrid or entirely virtual environment.
