Join Our Mission The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible fordeveloping new, innovative and competitive recruiting strategies,processes and programs supporting business objectives to enable theattraction and acquisition of a qualified talent pool. The position willbe accountable for establishing and developing key strategicrelationships and partnerships with business and community leaders todevelop, lead and manage the staffing process. Job Responsibilities -Responsible for proactively sourcing and establishing a talent poolthrough internal and external vehicles including but not limited tocold-calling/resume searches, networking, business relationships andpartnerships, technology including digital and social media, employeereferrals, internal movement and other creative sourcing venues. -Manages the digital and social media presence for recruitment and worksclosely with internal stakeholders to create, establish and maintaineffective recruitment tools and marketing materials. - Collaborates withhiring managers to advertise all open and creates engaging job postingsand marketing campaigns to attract qualified talent pool. - Reviews andanalyzes reports on employment activity. Makes recommendations toleadership and assists with retention planning. - Act as a liaison withemployment, temporary agencies, advertising agencies and communitypartners across NYS - Attend and actively participate in recruitment andnetworking events such as job fairs, College career days, agencysponsored events, community and business partner events etc. - Purchasesmarketing materials, coordinates contracts for advertising and isresponsible for processing invoices related to recruitment. JobRequirements - Bachelor Degree in HR, Marketing/Sales, BusinessManagement or related field Preferred - Minimum 1 -3 years of talentAcquisition or recruiting experience required - Proven experience inRecruitment, Sales or HR is strongly desired - Must have a current,valid driver\'s license per Agency guidelines. Travel required; - Mustbe able to work a flexible schedule including night and weekend hours asnecessary. - SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred - Ability to workwith economically and culturally diverse population. - Skills: Verbaland written communication must be effective and solution focused. SalaryRange: - Minimums and maximums may vary based on skills, experience andother relevant factors. - \$60,000-\$63,000 annual salary.
