　　We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team! The Senior Project Manager facilitates efficient delivery of business outcomes in an agile and lean way within the Information Technology team at Rapid7. They provide timely and accurate decision support for prioritization, business and resourcing questions. They are custodians and evangelists of the "secret sauce" of how Rapid7 IT delivers value.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation for plans as required by project teams and stakeholdersManage changes to the scope, schedule and deliverables of each project using appropriate verification techniquesRemove barriers to execution: visibility, communication, ownership, and impedimentsProviding insight into how we are executing for the purpose of prioritization and resource allocation.Increase velocity of planning and prioritizationMaintain, expand & evangelize the project tooling that provides visibility and predictability into solution and project deliveryProvide easy to use tools for project execution, monitoring and value realizationOperate and improve efficiency of sustaining operationsCreate delivery cadence through facilitation and tooling for weekly prioritization/alignment meetings and other feedback loopsCoordinate work between multiple IT teams, understanding how each team manages their workEstablish working groups and feedback loops between IT and non-IT groups.Collect, organize and structure tribal knowledgeCreation and maintenance of operating mechanisms

　　5+ years managing large, complex technology projects - often more than one at a time.Demonstrated ability to work effectively and influence others at all levels of an organization without having direct authority over resourcesWillingness to cater your project management method based on a project team's needsAbility to prioritize projects and deliverables using strong negotiation and problem solving skillsAbility to easily shift between big-picture objectives and numerous detailed tasksStrong aptitude for developing partnerships across functional areasAdmin experience with Jira & Confluence preferred
