We area global leader in foreign exchange and are going through significant growth. As a result we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our ANZ team
As the Talent Acquisition Partner , you will be partnering with leaders and hiring managers across our Retail business building strong and successful relationships to ensure we have the right people in the right roles. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and play a vital role in shaping the candidate experience whilst supporting the business to achieve business outcomes through people.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment /Talent Acquisition specialist who is looking to leverage their candidate generation and business relationship-building skills in a global company or someone with a passion for recruitment.
Responsibilities of the role
Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer & acceptance
Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on role requirements and approach to interviews
Partner with hiring managers to ensure that our EVP, diversity and inclusion strategy is incorporated throughout the process
Offer insight, best practices, and interview preparation to both candidates and the hiring team
Partner with the rest of the HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee status
What we are looking for in you
You are a natural born problem solver with 2 years in Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment
You are motivated, optimistic, self-driven and a team player; let’s win together!
You have a can do attitude
Strong stakeholder management building relationships across all levels of an organisation
You are flexible and adaptable to business needs and work best in an environment with clear expectations and a high degree of autonomy
You have a high sense of urgency but recognise how to balance efficiency with quality
Aptitude to comprehensively understand the business strategy and connect it to a talent strategy
Ability to provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers, and that includes having difficult conversations when necessary to keep the recruiting process compliant and effective
