RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Talent Acquisition/HR Intern to join our team starting this February. The Talent Acquisition/HR Intern will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with The Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide support to the TA/HR team in completing goals and initiatives across the TA function. This TA Intern position has a weekday schedule. This position will be 10-12 hours a week during the school year and 30 hours per week during the summer. (75%) Recruiting Strategy Support * Works with HR team to implement the company's diversity outreach plan * Identifies career fairs and other communication outreach opportunities in markets across the country * Creates a model for partnering with colleges * Partners with HR Recruiting team to implement new recruiting module (15%) Other Project and Team Support * Provides project support for various HR strategic initiatives as assigned * Maintains a high level of integrity and discretion in the handling of confidential information (10%) Performs other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES) REQUIRED: * Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols * Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines * Skill in organizing and prioritizing work and following assignments through to completion * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines * Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant change * Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions * Ability to maintain regular attendance and on-time arrival to work as scheduled * Ability to resolve service recovery issues and understand when to escalate to the next level * Ability to convey complex subject matter clearly and engagingly * Ability to remain calm in difficult situations * Ability to effectively communicate with associates and managers using excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deadlines are met * Ability to accurately 10 key and data entry * Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner Required: * Current enrollment in, or recent completion of a Bachelor's degree program for Human Resources or related field * Strong desire to learn the human resources field * Strong attention to detail * Skill with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in social media Preferred: * Knowledge of payroll/HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Be a part of something bigger -- join our team in transforming lives through remarkable service.
