JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our human resources department has a rare opening foran experienced HR professional to help acquire the best talent for ourcompany. Number of hours per week will vary but will generally bebetween 10 and 40 depending on workload. Responsibilities includefostering strong partnerships with management to recruit and select thebest candidates for open positions and promotional opportunities;posting positions; conducting interviews; assisting with affirmativeaction compliance including gathering data and running reports;suggesting recruiting process improvements; training managers on the useof our applicant tracking software as well as the company\'s hiringpolicies and procedures; assisting with career fairs and training ourcareer fair ambassadors. This position may be converted to a regularposition if workload warrants. The successful candidate will have abachelor\'s degree or higher in human resources, businessadministration, or social sciences and at least four years of talentacquisition experience.
