　　Summary:

　　This client's analytics team is seeking a Tableau Specialist who has a strong reporting/analytics experience with extensive experience in Tableau. We are looking for a problem solver that loves to analyze data, provide insights and recommendations for our internal stakeholders. You must be self-motivated and enjoy working in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Work with business leaders to understand what business problems we are trying to solve and the key questions to be answered.

　　Assists in the development and documentation of business requirements, design requirements and create wireframes prior to development.

　　Develop interactive and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports in Tableau for the Sales and Marketing organization.

　　Partner with the BI Engineering team to define new or modified data models needed in the data warehouse.

　　Thoroughly QA new and modified dashboards for accuracy and functionality.

　　Develop solid grasp of the data and business drivers to make recommendations and influence strategic decisions.

　　Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented, and communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete.

　　Experience and Skills:

　　8+ years of hands-on-experience in planning and delivering Business Intelligence dashboards in Tableau with a lens on communicating insights through visualizations.

　　Proven ability to translate complex analytical concepts into key business-related operational metrics and actions through reports and dashboards.

　　Extensive experience in using various reporting objects like Hierarchies, Filters, Level of Detail Calculations, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups & Parameters.

　　Experience in admin tasks such as production deployment, user access provisioning & setting permissions, user security /user groups, scheduling data, and dashboard refresh in Tableau.

　　Experience in developing dashboards through Tableau Desktop is a must.

　　A base knowledge of Salesforce objects and structure is required.

　　Marketo/Bizible/Adobe Analytics/Data Science experience is a plus.

　　Experience in utilizing and extracting data from AWS /Redshift platforms for data analysis is a plus.

　　Tableau certification is a plus.

　　Ability to juggle multiple projects and organize time effectively.
