ICF seeks a project coordinator to serve as a Systems Management Coordinator to work on a national technical assistance project. The purpose of this project is to provide legal services for Unaccompanied Children post-release from Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) care and custody and to expand the legal community’s skills and capacity to provide immigration legal support. The Coordinator will support the project by providing development and maintenance of the project’s case management tracking system. He or she will also provide support, technical assistance, and consultation to the Operations team. The successful candidate demonstrates experience in systems maintenance and strong customer service skills.
This position is supervised by the CQI and Data Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and maintain the case tracking system based on requirements of the project
Troubleshoot any case management system challenges
Provide support to system users
Assist with data extraction for reporting
Contribute to regular project reporting and support activities related to the project’s evaluation, including data collection and continuous quality improvement efforts
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience documenting system requirements and customizing technology solutions to meet requirements
1 + years experience working with spreadsheets, including conditional formatting, filtering, sorting, and the use of functions
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, public administration
Education and/or experience in the application of race equity, diversity, and inclusion of social justice strategies in human service settings
A degree or experience related to data analytics
Working knowledge of the refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges
Experience working for a refugee program
Proficient in use and customization of legal case tracking software

Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information for application in technical assistance delivery
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing administrative support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact and diplomacy
Proficient with MS office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$76,848.00 - $130,642.00
