Systems Engineer, SeniorKey Role:Deliver Department of Defense space-based capabilities by supporting groundsystem implementation and sustainment activities. Assess operations andtechnical baselines, identify system gaps, mitigations, and solutions,review and prepare technical documentation, and evaluate options foraddressing operations and technical problems. Provide status on these systemswhile identifying steps to evolve and mature operations. Provide technical andproject management experience for client consideration and team analysis.Represent your client numerous working groups, Integrated Product Teams,and management reviews. Lead teams that directly support launch and earlyorbit activities and communicate operational status to internal and externalst
Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience with systems engineering or enterprise integrationeffortsExperience with programmatic support to technical activities, includingdocument writing, tracking programmatic and technical issues andactivities, and reporting status internally and externallyKnowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordSecret clearanceBachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:5+ years of experience in space systems, space-to-ground engineering,and space mission lifecycle processesExperience with Confluence, Jira, or TeamsExperience managing operational and development technical and programmaticefforts as a Systems Engineering Technical Advisor LiaisonExperience with DoD or Space Force programs of record, including programmanagement and acquisition processesExperience in orbital mechanics, satellite constellation orbit design, andground system design and managementPossession of excellent leadership skills to work with internal teams andexternal customers and vendorsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsMaster's degree

Theprojected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to$212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents thetypical salary range for this position and is just one component of BoozAllen's total compensation package for employees.
